Ting Jiayi provides a one-stop service for planning and design, equipment implementation, management module deployment, technology transfer, and knowledge handover for vacuum heat-treatment smart production lines.
Processes include vacuum carburizing, carbonitriding, vacuum quenching & tempering, and vacuum brazing for medium/low-carbon steels, alloy steels, structural steels, and tool steels (typical working temperature about 800–1250°C).
